Henry Kinast: From Ruin to Redemption chronicles the amazing life of Holocaust survivor Henry Kinast. Just a boy when the Nazi’s invaded Poland, Henry was forced to grow up quickly in the face of persecution and imprisonment in several concentration camps during WWII. His inner strength and adaptability helped him survive, persevere and prosper. We wrote and produced this inspirational documentary short in conjunction with the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation and with the participation of the Kinast family, to keep Henry’s story alive for generations to come.
